Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Practice in Higher Education Institutions Based on the Triple Helix Theory

Abstract: The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that education, science and technology, and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country. Accelerating the cultivation of high-quality talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and ability, and continuously enhancing the talent supply capacity of higher education are particularly important for promoting high-quality economic and social development. Based on the triple helix theory, this paper summarizes the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and proposes feasible ways to improve the quality of talent training in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
