Research and Practice on the Mechanism of Cultivating Innovative Talents for Graduate Students Driven by the Integration of Industry and Education and the Development of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: In response to the urgent demand for high-level applied innovative talents in the development of new quality productivity, this article proposes an innovative talent cultivation path centered on the“deep integration of industry, academia, and research”. Optimizing the education environment through supply side reform in higher education, and building a collaborative innovation consortium of“universities enterprises research institutes”. Refactoring the training system based on market demand to enhance supply capacity, deepening the integration of industry and education to promote technology research and development, achievement transformation, and collaborative linkage of talent cultivation, constructing a dynamic practice model to strengthen industrial adaptability, and improving the multidimensional evaluation system to focus on practical and innovative efficiency. The research provides theoretical and practical paradigms for breaking through the bottleneck of traditional cultivation and promoting the deep integration of education chain and industry chain, which has reference value for accelerating the development of new quality productivity.
