Path to Enhance College Students' Entrepreneurial Motivation from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy—Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Clubs

Abstract: This paper focuses on the entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy of college students, takes the innovation and entrepreneurship club as a practice platform, and explores the influence of activity types and members'characteristics on them through questionnaire analysis. The results show that participation in innovation and entrepreneurship club activities can effectively improve the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students, and indirectly promote the formation of entrepreneurial motivation. Based on this, this paper proposes strategies such as precisely designing activities, personalized guidance and participation, multi-dimensional enhancement of self-efficacy, construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem and international expansion, aiming to optimize the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship of college students.
