Research on the Construction and Application of Mixed Teaching Model of Real Estate Appraisal Course

Abstract: With the rapid development of big data and the Internet, it is the requirement of teaching reform in the new era to explore the student-centered a blended teaching mode. In view of the problems existing in the current teaching, such as poor connection between online and offline teaching, repeated content and low level of students' independent construction knowledge. Based on constructivism theory, this study takes the real estate appraisal course as an example, and puts forward the construction mode of online and offline blended teaching from four aspects: teaching resources, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. It is also applied in undergraduate teaching to provide a demonstration for the teaching reform of courses.
