Abstract: With tightly interactive development of the regional economies and universities, the phenomena of higher vocational colleges extension to industry clusters to run industry colleges emerged in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. The feature of industry clusters and requires of professional and technical talents are analyzed in this paper, the dynamic mechanism of higher vocational college extension to industry clusters to run industry colleges are deeply researched. The practical routes of higher vocational college extension to industry clusters to run industry colleges are researched from four perspectives, and the policy recommendations are pointed to promote the construction of industry colleges from the government and higher vocational college perspectives.
