Abstract: Under the new opportunities of integrated circuits and the great development environment, the School of Microelectronics of Xidian University has carried out a series of research and practice on the innovation and entrepreneurship education service support system for university microelectronics college students, and a three-level service support system of quality development layer, excellent improvement layer, and entrepreneurship exploration layer has been constructed. Focusing on the school's innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation system, the college has established a unique college-level college student innovation and entrepreneurship education service platform and model with the cultivation of student innovation and entrepreneurship as the core through school-enterprise cooperation to carry out subject competitions, which meets the needs of different types of college students’ innovation and has improved the service level of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
