Abstract: University-enterprise cooperation model is one of the effective methods for colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents. How to effectively carry out school-enterprise cooperation projects and make continuous improvement is an important content of higher education research. University-enterprise cooperation mode in our country at present there are many deficiencies, such as the traditional method of cooperation between colleges and the lack of professional teachers "double division type", without the benefit of the "win-win" mechanism, the lack of policy and laws and regulations, etc. To seek distinctive university-enterprise cooperation mode, cultivate the market demand of senior applied talents, it is our one of the important tasks need to be solved at present.
