Abstract: Course make a key role in the education of graduates. It requires the course should be more progressively and innovatively. Beverage Knowledge is a subject foundation requisite’s course for the major of Hospitality Management. Taking the online and offline course construction of Beverage Knowledge in GL Hospitality Management School of Guilin Tourism University as an example, under the exploration and practice, the course,the course was try to construction combined with the sense of the integration between industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study, and integration of knowledge and practice.
