The Construction of Feedforward Control Management Combined with Live Video Teaching Method in Open Surgery Cooperation Teaching

Abstract: The nature of nursing work in the operating room is special, and the teaching achievement cycle is long and diversified.With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery, the training of "basic skills" for some open operations has gradually weakened.This article uses feed-forward control management theory to fully predict the difficulties and problems in surgical nursing teaching.Combined with the live video teaching method, teaching the new recruits, interns and advanced students in the operating room.Make the basic skills of surgical nursing specific and clear.It can not only make up for the shortcomings in the traditional teaching model, but also innovate clinical nursing teaching concepts and methods.
