A Practical Study on Online and Offline Teaching in the Post-Epidemic Era——A Case Study of Baoshan University in Yunnan Province

Abstract: The advent of the post-epidemic era has both opportunities and challenges for schools and teachers in online teaching. How to seize this opportunity, adapt to the situation, strengthen training and policy incentives, establish quality assurance supervision and inspection and linkage mechanism, and actively explore the reform mode are the main issues explored in this study. Through the typical case analysis, taking Baoshan University of Yunnan Province as an example, this paper, from the perspective of the management, summarizes the practical experience of online teaching, analyzes the shortcomings of online teaching, explores the organic combination of online teaching and offline mixed teaching, and promotes the local colleges and universities to create conditions for teaching mode reform.
