UNESCO calls entrepreneurship education "the third education passport", and emphasizes the new concept of" people-oriented ". Leaning about medical students' concerns about the diverse internet broadcast cultures that prevail today.
Methods
A total of 473 medical students in a medical college in Yantai city were selected through a self-designed questionnaire and stratified sampling method, and the results were uniformly sorted out and analyzed.
Results
Among 253 female medical students, 79.45% paid the most attention to e-commerce shopping, and 16.6% paid the least attention to fitness. Among the 220 male medical students, 87.27% paid the most attention to games, and 9.55% paid the least attention to e-commerce shopping. With the increase of grade level, medical students' demand for internet broadcast of educational guidance and fitness shows a gradually rising trend, while their demand for internet broadcast of entertainment such as games, e-commerce shopping and food shows a gradually decreasing trend but a smaller trend than that of the former.
Conclusion
Medical students of different grades and genders have different focuses on internet broadcast; The government, schools and families should actively guide medical students to use internet broadcast for fitness and study, and take measures to minimize adverse effects while making full use of the advantages of internet broadcast.

The evaluation of teaching effect is an essential link in the teaching process. As a medical higher education institution in Xinjiang, for many years, the assessment and evaluation system for medical undergraduate course in our university has been a summative evaluation, ignoring the evaluation of students' learning process. To adapt to the "base-oriented, four returns" and in line with the initial goal of creating a "golden course" in pathology, we have tried for the first time to introduce formative evaluation into pathology curriculum. We have assessed and fed back the learning process of 14 clinical medical students in various forms such as classroom questioning and homework, periodic tests, experimental lesson assessment, comprehensive case discussion and final examination. The results showed that, compared with the corresponding classes without formative assessment, the final examination scores of clinical classes with formative assessment increased by 5.68 points and the pass rate increased by 5.1%. Those of clinical (orientation) classes increased by 6.66 points, and the pass rate increased by 12.24%. This shows that formative evaluation reflects the evaluation and feedback of students' learning process, improves students' learning enthusiasm and teachers' teaching ability, so it can improve teaching effect and pathology teaching quality to a certain extent.
