Construction of Provincial Agricultural Products Processing, Storage and Quality Control Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center——Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract: Taking the Jiangsu agricultural products processing, storage and quality control experimental teaching demonstration center of the college of food and technology in Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, the paper started from the training needs of food science and technology innovation talents. And then based on the careful analysis and of the experimental teaching demonstration center of the college, this paper puts forward the integration and construction of the experimental teaching platform. The construction of the new system of specialized experimental teaching and the deepening of the reform of the management mode and operation mechanism of the center were studied and practiced, which provided a beneficial attempt for the construction of food experimental teaching demonstration center.
