Abstract: In the new era, Chinese higher education has entered a critical period of connotation development and quality improvement, in which Training top-notch talents plays a vital role in our talent strategy. In view of the main problems expected to be solved in the current financial talents training of Jiangsu Ocean University, combined with its own professional characteristics, we seek for multiple training paths from the four key elements including curriculum construction, project driving, tutor guidance and teaching technology. So as to make them complement, interlace and deeply couple, this paper builds an effective new mode of top-notch innovative talent training based on “Four Elements Coupling” in financial major and provides some fresh experience for the research of undergraduate talents training reform in China.
