Research on the Integrated Development Path of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Legal Education

Abstract: There’re various of legal risks through the whole process of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The wrong handling of the legal issues has become an important factor in the failure of college students' entrepreneurship. At present, the practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education is lack of effective integration with legal education, which leads to the weak awareness of rule of law and risk prevention among college students. In the practice of legal education for innovation and entrepreneurship, there are such defects as lagging content, single team and weak practicality, which fail to play the escort function of legal education. We should start from the following three aspects: curriculum system, teaching staff and practice platform, to promote the integrated development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education and legal education, establish a legal education guarantee mechanism for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
