Analyzing the relationship between the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities can help improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education. By using literature analysis method to extract the indicator system of influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, ISM interpretive structural modeling technology is used. Based on the binary adjacency matrix of influencing factors, an interpretive structural model with four levels of surface, middle, deep, and bottom is constructed by analyzing the connections between influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Suggestions for improving the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities are also proposed.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents, and interdisciplinary integration is an effective way to break the barriers between disciplines and promote the knowledge integration of different disciplines. Interdisciplinary integration to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education can broaden students'vision and knowledge structure, enhance students'innovative thinking and consciousness, and is an important way to optimize the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. On the basis of fully discussing the important role of interdisciplinary integration in innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of interdisciplinary integration in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education from four aspects: lack of concept, disciplinary barriers, imperfect construction of interdisciplinary curriculum system, and insufficient support of interdisciplinary practice platform, and proposes to take interdisciplinary integration as the starting point. We will improve the training concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation personnel, the system of specialized entrepreneurship and innovation integration, the curriculum system of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and the strategies of the practice platform for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and explore the construction of a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in traditional Chinese medicine vocational colleges, and to explore the implementation mechanism of teachers'deep participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education, a survey was conducted. The results showed that teachers in vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine lacked awareness and ability in innovation and entrepreneurship, knowledge reserves, and practical guidance. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the competency of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship courses was positively correlated with school policies, years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and guiding students to win awards (
P
<0.05). It is proposed that the school management should improve the management and evaluation mechanism, and teachers should enhance their self knowledge and ability reserve mechanism to enhance their competence in innovation and entrepreneurship courses.
