Abstract: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in traditional Chinese medicine vocational colleges, and to explore the implementation mechanism of teachers'deep participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education, a survey was conducted. The results showed that teachers in vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine lacked awareness and ability in innovation and entrepreneurship, knowledge reserves, and practical guidance. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the competency of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship courses was positively correlated with school policies, years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and guiding students to win awards (P<0.05). It is proposed that the school management should improve the management and evaluation mechanism, and teachers should enhance their self knowledge and ability reserve mechanism to enhance their competence in innovation and entrepreneurship courses.
