Research on the Operation Mechanism of Collaborative Education in Higher Vocational Education Group Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: In the context where the integration of industry and education has emerged as a critical pathway to propel vocational education reform and enhance the quality of talent cultivation, this study takes the higher vocational education group as a starting point. Its objective is to explore effective collaborative education mechanisms by integrating resources from diverse stakeholders such as the government, schools, and enterprises. This approach aims to dismantle the barriers of traditional education models and facilitate a deeper integration between education and industry. By harnessing these diverse resources, it not only sharpens the relevance and effectiveness of talent development but also charts new avenues and directions for the innovative advancement of higher vocational education.
