Research on Cultivating Students’Physical Education Core Quality through Integrated Teaching Mode of “Learning, Practice, Competition and Evaluation”

Abstract: Physical education teaching plays an important role in improving the physical and mental health and comprehensive quality of college students. However, there are some problems in the traditional physical education teaching mode, such as paying attention to theoretical knowledge while ignoring practical operation and lacking personalized guidance, which seriously restricts the play of the value of curriculum education. In order to change this teaching situation and strengthen the cultivation of students'core quality of physical education, teachers should fully combine the characteristics of physical education majors students in the teaching process and apply the integrated teaching mode of“learning, training, competition and evaluation”to carry out teaching activities and improve the effectiveness of teaching activities. This paper discusses this problem, and puts forward some specific suggestions to improve teaching quality from the problems that need attention in each link.
