Abstract: In the context of accelerating the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, promoting college students to return home for employment and entrepreneurship is of great significance for rural development in Hainan and promoting "the integration of three industries". This paper takes the return of college students to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship as the starting point, and puts forward suggestions from various aspects, such as improving the talent training mechanism of Hainan University Management College, working with the provincial government and sister universities, to build a benign training model for business professionals of Hainan University, to cultivate high-quality and innovative high-level business talents who understand the free trade port best, to enhance the willingness of college students to return and stay in Hainan, to improve the entrepreneurial level of college students, and to accelerate the pace of rural revitalization, help the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
