Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in Enhancing Teachers' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ability in Local Undergraduate Institutions

Abstract: Teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education ability is an important factor affecting the effectiveness and quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and enhancing teachers' ability is an important measure to improve innovation and entrepreneurship education and realize education reform. The paper analyzes the value connotation of teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching ability, elaborates that teachers' cognitive ability, integration ability and practical ability are relatively weak, and proposes a breakthrough path to improve teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education ability in local undergraduate institutions from three aspects: improving management system, strengthening integration of specialization and innovation, and enriching practical experience.
