Research on Vocational Colleges Entrepreneurship Education Model Based on Teaching Factories in the Era of Industry 4.0

Abstract: Vocational education plays an important role in promoting national and regional economic growth. With the development of the era of Industry 4.0, higher level of requirements has been put forward for the ability of vocational college graduates in innovation and entrepreneurship, while the lack of technology development and entrepreneurship management ability in vocational education graduates appears to be a problem. The entrepreneurial education model of vocational colleges based on teaching factory provides a new way to solve this problem. The entrepreneurial education model of vocational colleges based on teaching factories, which utilizes various resources of industrial enterprises and vocational colleges, aims at cultivating and improving the soft skills of graduates of vocational colleges such as innovation and entrepreneurship, can provide a real practical environment for graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship, and provide conditions and support for teachers and students of vocational colleges to realize the combination of technological innovation and business operation. It is exemplary for vocational colleges to improve graduates' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
