Research and Practice on Process Management and Quality Assurance Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Graduation Design

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, according to the overall policy requirements of the Ministry of Education for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission has organized the establishment and implementation of the high-level talents cross-training project for entrepreneurial graduation design since 2015. This article mainly explains the process management mode and quality assurance mechanism of entrepreneurial graduation design. It also proposes to use the PDCA cycle management mode to gradually improve the quality of entrepreneurial graduation design, and achieve the goal of continuous improvement. In addition, this article analyzes the existing problems in detail and provides countermeasures to address them.
