The construction industry is undergoing a rapid digital transformation that requires digital engineering management talents with solid foundational knowledge and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the industry. To meet this demand, this paper proposes a“digital+”practical teaching reform for engineering management majors, which consists of three aspects: designing teaching contents that cover the whole life cycle of projects, building a teaching platform that integrates virtual and real scenarios, and constructing a three-dimensional teaching mode of“4+1+1+1+N”. Based on the“digital+”teaching practice at South China University of Technology and the feedback from students, this practical teaching system has demonstrated its advantages in enhancing the relevance of teaching contents, improving the capabilities, and increasing the satisfaction of teaching mode.

College teachers shoulder the important mission of personnel training. The construction of a reasonable evaluation system for college teachers can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and enhance the core competitiveness of schools. Taking Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation system of university teachers. The evaluation system includes three first-level indicators including ideology and moral character, education and teaching, and academic contribution, and includes 11 second-level indicators. Through the analytic hierarchy process, the reasonable weights of each index are determined and the ratio of indicators is optimized, so as to provide reference for universities to build a reasonable teacher evaluation system.

In order to improve the teaching quality of universities and achieve the sharing of high-quality course resources, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education has launched an inter-college credit program in 2014. Shenyang University of Chemical Technology has used Dalian University of Technology's inter-college credit course analytical chemistry for many years. The article analyses the characteristics of the course and compares the practical process of adopting the inter-college credit online and offline hybrid teaching. In response to the problems of poor student initiative, long video content and imperfect assessment methods, strategies are proposed to enrich the online learning content, strengthen the supervision of learning, implement “fragmented”lectures and optimise the course assessment methods. The reform has proved to be effective in improving teaching efficiency and students'learning initiatives, and provides a useful reference for improving the effective implementation of inter-college credit work.

The current curriculum system in higher vocational education for science and technology humanities faces several challenges, including outdated course content, uniform teaching methodologies, and constrained assessment approaches. This study, inspired by the“gold class”initiative, has developed a revamped curriculum framework. This new structure focuses on an integration of humanities fundamentals with practical applications, information technology, college-level English, Huxiang regional culture, and advanced mathematics. Additionally, it introduces a comprehensive evaluation system that assesses students'academic achievements, practical skills, and innovative capabilities. An empirical study conducted within the mold-making program at a technical vocational college in Hunan has demonstrated the effectiveness of this updated curriculum. Focusing on the application-oriented personnel training, based on the knowledge structure of students, this paper analyzes the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education under the mode of application-oriented personnel training from the dual dimensions of classroom teaching and college students'innovative thinking, practical teaching and college students' entrepreneurial behavior. In view of the problems that students'innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge mainly comes from teachers'teaching, focus on learning directly applicable knowledge related to innovative and entrepreneurial behaviors, and limited ability in writing project proposals and the absence of comprehensive project guidance are significant factors impeding their participation in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, a curriculum construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education is proposed based on classroom teaching, supported by practical instruction, and guided by the integration of teaching with competition. It is proposed to enhance the relevance of course content while adjusting classroom instruction according to students'learning characteristics and needs. Therefore, this study takes the high-speed railway passenger service major of Wuhan College of Foreign Languages & Foreign Affairs as an example, and adopts the“dual tutor system”education model to achieve the in-depth reform of higher vocational education. Through the study of the path of co-construction of students'ability improvement by tutors inside and outside the school, this paper explores the effectiveness of enterprise tutors participating in vocational skills training, and on-campus tutors leading theoretical learning, and the two linkage guidance to complete innovative practice activities. The results show that the“dual tutor system”education model has great implementation value and effectiveness in improving students'employability and promoting the connection between higher vocational education and the job market. It is proposed that the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship practice should be guided by the practice of“integration of specialization and innovation and entrepreneurship”and second classroom, and the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship practice should be benchmarked against the requirements of the national“first-class course of social practice”, and the results-oriented evaluation system should be established to carry out the reform of practical teaching based on accurate evaluation.
