Research on the Path to Enhancing the Abilities of Employment Guidance Teachers in Provincial Undergraduate Universities

Abstract: As the importance of employment guidance in college students'career planning and job search becomes more apparent, the role of employment guidance teachers becomes increasingly significant, and universities have raised higher expectations for the abilities and qualities of these teachers. The article first identifies the issues concerning the abilities of employment guidance teachers in provincial undergraduate universities. It then elucidates the necessity of enhancing the abilities of employment guidance teachers in provincial undergraduate universities. Finally, it proposes effective paths for improving the abilities of employment guidance teachers in provincial undergraduate universities, including strengthening professional training, enhancing specialized qualities, adopting practical methods, and innovating assessment approaches. The aim is to provide some reference and guidance for relevant personnel.
