Conception and Implementation Path of the Talent Training System of Additive Manufacturing under the Background of Automobile Industry Transformation and Upgrading

Abstract

Abstract: Taking the automobile industry as an example, this paper analyzes the current development status of the manufacturing industry and the shift in demand for additive manufacturing talents, and finds out the key to solve the problem of supply and demand of talents between universities and enterprises, according to the characteristics of the applied additive manufacturing talents, the training orientation of thick foundation, heavy application, wide specialty and moderate degree is determined, the training system of talents is reconstructed, and the quality guarantee system is established and perfected, the implementation path of cultivating talents of additive manufacturing specialty based on school-enterprise cooperation, school-enterprise two-way tutor system and engineering project practice teaching method has been opened up.
