    Intellectual property literacy education in colleges and universities is a systematic project, which is the main service form of intellectual property information service center in colleges and universities. Although various forms of development, but at present into the bottleneck of development. The implementation of the national strategy of“double first-class”and intellectual property has opened a new situation. Based on CNKI database, this paper analyzes the research situation of intellectual property literacy education at home and abroad through literature research, and believes that there are many problems in intellectual property literacy education such as practical activities, confusion with information literacy education, and patent concept.     ObjectiveTo understand the clinical medical undergraduates of 2017—2020 grades to participate in scientific research and their motivation to participate in scientific research. It provided reference to cultivate the scientific research for clinical medicine undergraduates in our university. MethodsUsing the group sampling method, 1 492 anonymous questionnaires were surveyed in 4 grades of clinical medical undergraduates in December 2021. Results1 492 questionnaires were collected. The survey results revealed 52.1% of the students were interested in scientific research, and 56.7% of the students planed to actively participate in scientific research activities at the undergraduate level. Among the students who did not participate in scientific research, 67.9% of the students thought that the lack of professional knowledge was the biggest obstacle to participate in scientific research. 69.0% of the students hoped that the university can hold scientific research publicity activities in the first and sophomore years, and more than 50.0% of the students were willing to participate in scientific research activities in the sophomore and junior years. The scientific research projects interested were scientific experiments, scientific research publicity activities, technology research development and transformation, academic exchanges. Most students hope to improve and consolidate their learned knowledge through scientific research. ConclusionThere is no special scientific research design course for undergraduates, students'scientific research ideas and design ability are often insufficient. The main hindering factors to participate in scientific research were which they themselves have identified lack of professional knowledge and suitable opportunities and affected their schoolwork. For these problems, the flexible and diverse modalities should be adopted to let students understand the scientific research and meanwhile to cultivate students'practical and innovative ability.

    The basic concept of teacher certification and the opinion of excellent teacher training plan clarify scientifically evaluate the process of educational practice has become the key link of undergraduate training of teachers'major. Scientific and objective quantitative evaluation of educational practice is the key and difficult point to improve the quality of educational practice. While paying attention to the process evaluation and development evaluation, this paper fully reflects the importance of performance evaluation, constructs an evaluation system for the whole process of educational practice, assesses the teachers'professional ability from the professional knowledge and skill base, professional quality and other aspects of normal students, and predicts their professional ability. The qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy process is used to quantitatively analyze the evaluation indicators, providing a reference basis for scientific and reasonable evaluation of educational practice.

    ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with team-based learning (TBL) teaching mode in the“Internet+”era in orthopedic clinical teaching by professional trainers. MethodsA total of 60 standardized training physicians of 2020 residents in The Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected as research subjects, and the standardized training physicians were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 people in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the dual-track teaching mode, and the performance of the two groups of regular training physicians and their satisfaction with the teaching mode were observed. ResultsThe medical record writing, skill operation, theoretical performance and satisfaction of the trainees in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the era of“Internet +”, the dual-track teaching mode can significantly improve the assessment results of regular training physicians, cultivate the comprehensive ability of regular training physicians, and the satisfaction of standardized training physicians is high.

Taking the core course of human behavior and the social environment as an example, this article integrates the OBE concept into the curriculum system, establishes results oriented curriculum teaching objectives, explores student centered curriculum teaching strategies, conducts multiple process evaluation and learning feedback, and on this basis, improve teaching strategies.     For rapidly developing new majors in artificial intelligence, project-based teaching can more effectively cultivate students'engineering abilities. At present, there is an urgent need for talents related to artificial intelligence in various fields. However, there is still a lack of profound understanding of the scientific connotation and logical structure of project-based teaching in the field of artificial intelligence in existing research, which is clearly not conducive to understand project-based teaching by AI teachers. OBE is a learning outcomes oriented educational philosophy. This article is based on the OBE concept and analyzes the current problems in the teaching of artificial intelligence majors. Guided by the“OBE + project-based teaching”concept, it explores the use of diverse teaching methods for project-based teaching, providing reference for universities to actively promote the curriculum reform of artificial intelligence majors.

    The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, which focuses on the cultivation of students'ability, is one of the main concepts for the talent cultivation and educational reform of civil engineering major in colleges and universities. As the main implementer of talent cultivation and educational reform, the level of young teachers' teaching skills has a significant impact on the application effect of the OBE concept. This article addresses the current situation of young teachers in some universities lacking teaching skills, the relationship between teaching skills, teaching reform effect and professional development of youth teachers is elaborated from the aspects of OBE's demand for teaching skills, competence in teaching work, formation of teaching characteristics and improvement of professional level.     The intelligent development of the manufacturing industry requires increasingly high levels of diversified skills and innovative abilities from mechanical professionals. How to cultivate mechanical students into new engineering talents who can meet social needs is an important issue that higher education needs to face. This article combines the years of experience in running Qingdao University of Technology and the teaching experience of mechanical teachers to propose a complete teaching system, which includes a“four in one”curriculum system, a “three vertical and three horizontal”experimental practice teaching system, and a“six in one”academic guidance system. Through practice, it has been proven that this system can effectively improve the training effect of mechanical students and significantly enhance the overall ability level of mechanical students.

    This study aims to address the current shortage of“three competitions and one practice”competition guidance courses offered by universities. Based on the teaching experience of the national first-class undergraduate professional journalism innovation and entrepreneurship general education demonstration course of Luoyang Normal University -“three competitions and one practice”knowledge cultivation and practice for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship, this study focuses on five aspects: text application, literature review, statistical analysis, team management, and collaborative innovation, innovatively proposed and constructed a teaching system with the goal of “three competitions and one practice”for knowledge and ability cultivation. Through preliminary exploration and practice, the reform of course teaching has achieved significant results, and students have significantly improved their performance in the“three competitions and one practice”competition.
