Abstract: ：Under the background of the national innovation-driven strategy and industrial transformation and upgrading, cultivating high-quality applied talents with both innovation and entrepreneurship ability and professional practice ability is the key to improving the quality of medical student training. Based on the achievements of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in five applied medical colleges in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the current situation, discusses the model, draws experience, and tries to find the problems, analyze the causes and explore the solutions out from the perspective of OBE. The construction idea of “theoretical lecturers, practical tutors, practical teachers”and“three mentors”innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff was put forward and tested in the School of Medical Laboratory Science, L University. By summarizing the experience, it is suggested that applied medical colleges and universities should establish scientific concepts and improve the management mechanism, so as to provide institutional guarantee for the construction of“three mentors” innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff. Teachers should break the stereotype of thinking, cultivate innovative thinking, improve professional ability, and lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality medical applied talents with outstanding innovation, entrepreneurship and practical abilities.
