Research on the Construction of Digital Teaching Resources of the Course Based on The Open University of Xinjiang University Integrated Online Learning Platform——Take the Course Human Resources Management of Public Sector as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The digital transformation of education is the primary task of China's current educational reform and development, the construction of digital teaching resources, as the specific practice of the digital transformation of education, plays an important role in promoting education, teaching reform and talent training. This article takes the course of human resource management in the public sector as an example to elaborate on the implementation path of digital teaching resource construction in the course,and proposes improvement measures to improve digital literacy, develop and cultivate digital talents, optimize functions, and strengthen quality evaluation based on standards, in order to provide useful references for promoting the construction of digital teaching resources in the course.
