Research on the Reform of the Training Model for Graduate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents

Abstract: With the continuous development of the economy, talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities have become important driving forces for promoting social progress and economic growth. In this context, China has proposed an innovation driven development strategy to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness, and innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. This article explores the reform of the training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in graduate students, emphasizing the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurial abilities. By offering entrepreneurship courses, providing entrepreneurial practice opportunities, and establishing a team of entrepreneurial mentors, it stimulates graduate students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial enthusiasm. At the same time, it emphasizes cooperation between industry, academia, and research institutions, strengthens connections with enterprises and research institutions, provides practical opportunities and project resources for graduate students, and promotes the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, to provide support for the construction of an innovative country and high-quality socio-economic development.
