Research on the Reform of Training Mode of Information Innovative Talents Based on Collaborative Education

Abstract

Abstract: The“industry, academia, research and use”four-in-one education mode is an important way to realize the reform of university teaching, cultivate innovative talents and create good economic and social benefits. This paper studies the reform of the collaborative education mode for information innovative talents from the aspects of the cooperation between theoretical teaching and practice in universities, the cooperation of talent cultivation between scientific research institutions and universities, the cooperation between enterprises employment and universities education, and the cooperation between local needs and talent cultivation in universities, puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training mode of innovative talents in new engineering colleges.
