Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the in-depth integrated development of specialized innovation is an urgent need for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges. The paper focuses on the students majoring in art and design, systematically expounds the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in art and design, and analyzes the key issues in the process of their integration and development. Starting from the existing problems, combined with the characteristics of the discipline and the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper further discusses the necessity of integrating the OBE education concept into the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of art design majors in colleges and universities. Then, the university personnel training objectives and ability indicators are refined, and the curriculum system, innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism, teacher training and evaluation system of specially created education are given reverse guidance, so as to promote the deep integration of art design major and innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is expected to provide a new way of thinking for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with the characteristics of art design.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new educational concept. It is very important to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personal talent training. Based on the analysis of the problems of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training, from the three aspects of thinking, quality and ability, this paper uses four teaching links and multiple support platforms to build a "four in one" whole education chain innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode. This paper also reveals the implementation effect of the "four in one" talent training mode, and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training mode and promote the innovative and entrepreneurial talents training.

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving station is difficult to teach and train on site due to its low temperature and high pressure, inflammable and explosive media. Therefore, a virtual simulation system was built based on typical station processes. First, real scene restoration, process operation simulation, equipment disassembly and assembly were carried out to meet students' basic practical requirements. Secondly, Aspen HYSYS software was used to build a dynamic simulation engine for station operation, and dynamic simulation results of process operation control response were synchronically displayed. Guided students to combine knowledge with engineering practice, finally developed a variety of cold energy recycling modules, reserved interfaces, training students to solve complex engineering problems according to the needs of the thinking and ability.

A set of virtual simulation experimental platform of wind power generation is designed and applied in practical teaching for assisting carbon reduction from the perspective of new engineering talent cultivation. Firstly, the overall framework of the virtual simulation platform is built. Then, the basic experiments are set up, which include variable pitch control experiment, rectifier and inverter vector control experiments. Moreover, the low-loss operation of generator and control strategy for grid-connected inverter under unbalanced voltage conditions are designed as developed experiments, which on the premise of analyzing the actual engineering background. Finally, the artificial intelligent technology is adopted to complete the whole assessment of the experimental courses, which including experiment preparation test, real-time evaluation of experimental results and automatic preliminary evaluation of summary report. The practical application results show that the virtual simulation experimental platform complements the theory course effectively, and improves innovation ability of students’ for solving complex engineering problems in the field of wind power generation.
