Research on the Specialized Construction of Teaching Staff of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities from the View of “Foster Virtue through Education”

Abstract

Abstract: The country highly emphasized the specialized construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. Under the background of the education policy of " foster virtue through education ", the specialized construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities have been strengthened, a new connotation to the professionalization of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities have been given as well. In the face of the practical dilemma of the specialized development of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the paper problems the cooperation of the country, universities and individuals in three respects to realize the effective path of the specialized construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
