Abstract: There are few colleges and universities offering tobacco specialty nationwide, which are highly professional and can be used for reference. Therefore, how to combine the characteristics of tobacco education and the nature of the subject to build a high-level professional young teachers team has become an important topic. In view of this, this paper, from the height of national strategy, combined with the characteristics of tobacco education, analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the team of young tobacco teachers, and from the aspects of strengthening the construction of teacher ethics, improving the pre-job training system, "double-qualified" teacher training, information technology training and so on. This paper analyzes how to build a team of tobacco specialty and high-quality young teachers with "high political literacy, noble teachers' ethics, excellent professional skills, reasonable structure and full of vitality".
