Research on Talent Training Mode of Private Colleges and Universities Based on Serving the Development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract: For Hong Kong and Macao to vigorously promote the bay area economy development and achieve the deepening development of private colleges in the region, the private colleges should summarize the education resources, such as regional culture, policy and technology elements as the guidance, to the student individuality development, innovation and development, and preference development as the center, design targeted, good stability, high efficiency of talent development model, for schools, students, local factors such as multiple development into a steady stream of power. Especially in the new era when the situation of students is more intricate, it is difficult and vital for all private colleges and universities to achieve the continuous training of talents and improve the quality of education and teaching. Therefore, in order to improve the talent training effect of private colleges and universities, based on the development status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and focusing on the two-way significance, deficiency, causes and concepts of talent training, the talent training mode is explored, and a number of talent development suggestions from macro and micro aspects are obtained.
