Research and Practice on the Personnel Training Mode of Professional Master's Degree in Electrical under the Concept of Integration of Innovation and Professional Education

Abstract: Professional degree postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating high-level applied talents for the country. Aiming at the problems of unclear training objectives and insufficient practicality of professional education in the training of graduate students majoring in electrical engineering in our school, this paper proposes a training strategy for masters in electrical majors based on the concept of integration of innovation and professional education, including grasping the orientation of master's training in electrical majors to promote the deep integration of professional education and innovative practice; Changing the assessment method of electrical majors to promote the diversification of students' achievements; Innovating in the master's teaching mode for electrical majors to realize individualized training and exercise; Improving the dynamic evaluation and feedback mechanism of postgraduate training quality to further improve the quality of student training. This paper also introduces the progress of the training strategy from the aspects of classroom teaching, classified training, practice platform, school-enterprise cooperation, and mentor team.
