    Higher vocational colleges’ enterprise education is the hot issue of the development of China’s vocational education. The features and requirements of Hunan agricultural higher vocational colleges’ innovation and enterprise education quality evaluation based on OBE concept are dissected.     This paper studies whether the teaching reform policy of process evaluation can effectively improve the teaching effect of specialized courses in colleges and universities with diversified and mixed teaching models. A multi period mixed cross-section DID model based on the teaching data of investment science of an economic management major in a university from 2013 to 2021 was constructed for demonstration, and the results showed that the implementation of process evaluation can indeed significantly improve the teaching effect of the course,which means that appropriate teaching evaluation reform is very necessary for improving the teaching effect of professional courses in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the teaching effect evaluation system of professional courses in colleges and universities, introduce objective and fair evaluation means aimed at improving students' learning efficiency, and build a dynamic process evaluation and supervision mechanism.

    College students' practice works competition can cultivate students' innovative consciousness, practical ability and practical ability. In order to explore the influence of different factors on the achievements of college students' practical works, the grey entropy correlation analysis method was used to calculate the grey entropy correlation degree of the winning achievements. The results show that the most significant and least significant influencing factors are the stylistic activities and the number of failed courses, which show that the practical work competition pays more attention to the comprehensive quality of college students. The significance of the influence of different factors on the performance of the achievements has changed, but the most and least significant factors in the last three years were the recreational and sports activities and the number of failing grades, which showed a stable trend. The influence of the factors related to the academic performance on the performance of the competition has gradually decreased, which indicates that the competition has higher and higher requirements on innovative thinking, practical ability and other qualities.

    In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, intelligent construction technology has been rapidly developed.     Landscape ecology is a course of high application. However, there were problems in only laying emphasis on theory teaching but neglecting practical teaching. For forestry students in Guizhou University, this paper puts forward to increase experiment and practice teaching link. Firstly, the class hours of theory teaching are suggested to be reduced and the corresponding contents of experiment teaching should be added. The purpose is to enable students to master software application and spatial analysis techniques in landscape ecology. Secondly, the contents of practice teaching are recommended to set up, so that students can comprehensively use the theoretical knowledge and technical skills learned to deal with practical problems, improve students' learning initiative and innovation ability to deal with practical problems.     In this paper, CIPP evaluation model is applied to the course evaluation of "Fruit and vegetable storage and processing technology training" in higher vocational food major, by setting four first-level evaluation indexes, including curriculum setting background evaluation, curriculum input evaluation, teaching practice process evaluation and teaching result evaluation, and setting second-level indexes under each first-level index, this paper makes a detailed evaluation of every link of the practical course teaching. Through literature review and learning situation analysis, college students' learning engagement has become an important factor affecting the effect of blended teaching.     The effect of teaching practice of innovative thinking training on college students' innovative thinking ability was evaluated by EEG signal. Forty students were recruited as subjects and two tasks of unconventional use and word association were designed. Each task was divided into converging thinking and divergent thinking. The creativity generated under the two thinking conditions of each task was evaluated by combining the behavioral data of creativity scoring with the EEG data obtained from the analysis of EEG signals. The behavioral data of creativity score showed that under the divergent thinking condition of non-routine use task, the creativity score of the subjects after training was significantly higher than that before training (P<0.05), under the condition of divergent thinking in the word association task, the creative score of the subjects after training was significantly different from that before training(P<0.01); EEG data showed that the synchronization of α wave in frontal lobe was significantly different in the divergent thinking condition of the two tasks after training (P<0.01). The significant increase in creativity score and the enhanced synchronization of α wave in frontal lobe under divergent thinking condition both suggest that EEG signals can be used as away to quantify creative thinking. Therefore, the influence of teaching practice reform on college students' innovative thinking can be quantitatively evaluated by using EEG signal analysis method, which provides a new idea for the evaluation of teaching reform effect in the future.

    Innovation and entrepreneurship competition is an important platform of the talent training. Gaining satisfying results in the competition will effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of college students, improve their confidence and ability of innovative and entrepreneurship. Based on SEM and 911 college students’ questionnaires coming from 7 different colleges in Shandong province, SEM analysis is implemented to discover factors influencing the satisfaction of contests’. The results show that the competition atmosphere, nature of competition and motivation are important external variables, which have significant positive influence on resource integration, team collaboration and teacher guidance. Moreover, teachers' guidance, resource integration and team collaboration have significant positive influence on satisfaction.     Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship association of Ningbo Second Technician College as an example, in the actual operation process, it encountered three problems: high loss rate of community members, poor effect of student autonomy, and unsuitable evaluation system. For this reason, the teaching team of the innovation and entrepreneurship association of the school actively carried out a new exploration of the education mode of "post course competition certificate" integration. It have effectively improved the retention rate of members and the effectiveness of associations in educating people, comprehensively promoted the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship associations, and also provided a reference for the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship associations in other schools.

    With the deepening of the education reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the establishment of a curriculum system deeply integrated with professional education and entrepreneurship education and the construction of university entrepreneurship incubation base have become an important measure for colleges and universities to drive college students to start businesses. However, there is a common disconnection between base incubation and curriculum education, resulting in the lack of momentum in the incubation process of college students' entrepreneurship projects, unable to land and stabilize the incubation results. Based on this, this paper applies the Lean Startup theory, deeply integrates the incubation function concept of the base with the course teaching, and explores the practical path of "classroom is Incubator" entrepreneurship education for tourism management major.
