    Aiming at the reform of teaching method of “College Students' Mental Health Education” course, this paper puts forward two methods which are adding situational simulation discussion and group psychological counseling in classroom teaching. Through teaching practice, the feasibility and effectiveness of teaching reform are verified from three aspects: course satisfaction, students' homework quality and students' mental health level, which are embodied in the following aspects: The satisfaction of the course of the reform group was significantly higher than that of the regular group(P<0.05); the quality of homework of the reform group is obviously better than that of the regular group(P<0.05);The students' mental health after the reform was significantly improved(P<0.05). The results show that the reformed mental health education course has a significant substantive effect on improving the effect of course publicity and improving students' mental health level.

    In order to deal with the employment problem of university students, the state has issued a university students' agglomeration plan, employment poverty alleviation policy, preferential policy for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship training policy, etc. These policies provide great support for university students' employment and entrepreneurship. Using the questionnaire survey method, taking the university students' awareness of employment and entrepreneurship policy as the survey point, the questionnaire is designed to carry out the research, and the questionnaire evaluation is carried out from six aspects: career planning, policy understanding degree, policy understanding way, policy understanding content, existing policy propaganda means and propaganda suggestions feedback from the questionnaire. The research finds that the main problems in the publicity process of employment and entrepreneurship policies are that university students have a low level of knowledge of employment and entrepreneurship policies, lack of diversified publicity methods and insufficient implementation of some policies. In order to promote the publicity of university students' employment and entrepreneurship policy better and more effectively, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.     This research analyzes the implementation status of innovation and entrepreneurship project, the impact on students' comprehensive ability, and students' evaluation for instructors in Jiangsu Second Normal University. The survey results show that project types are mainly school-level innovation projects. The number of projects is gradually increasing, while the excellent completion rate needs to be improved. Projects have a certain positive effect on students' comprehensive ability. Most of the students who participated in innovation and entrepreneurship project o gave positive comments on the tutor's guidance, but the students who did not successfully complete the project after the establishment of the project believed that the poor tutor's guidance was the main cause of the project failure. Thus, schools should strengthen the management in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship protect, students should exert their subjective initiative as much as possible, and instructors should strengthen project participation and guidance. This research can provide guidance and suggestions for the provincial general colleges and universities to further promote innovation and innovation education.
