Abstract: The construction of regional shared training base of higher vocational education aims to improve the quality of practical teaching and cultivate high-quality skilled talents. It integrates the resources of Regional Higher Vocational Colleges and industrial enterprises, and integrates teaching, training, vocational skill identification and technical service, so as to effectively promote the development of higher vocational education, improve the training conditions of Higher Vocational Colleges and enhance the professional quality of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. This paper studies and discusses the significance, basic requirements, methods and approaches of the construction of regional Shared training base in higher vocational education, and tries to establish a regional sharing mechanism of equipment, facilities and talent resources.
