A Survey of College Students' Awareness of Employment and Entrepreneurship Policies

Abstract: In order to deal with the employment problem of university students, the state has issued a university students' agglomeration plan, employment poverty alleviation policy, preferential policy for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship training policy, etc. These policies provide great support for university students' employment and entrepreneurship. Using the questionnaire survey method, taking the university students' awareness of employment and entrepreneurship policy as the survey point, the questionnaire is designed to carry out the research, and the questionnaire evaluation is carried out from six aspects: career planning, policy understanding degree, policy understanding way, policy understanding content, existing policy propaganda means and propaganda suggestions feedback from the questionnaire. The research finds that the main problems in the publicity process of employment and entrepreneurship policies are that university students have a low level of knowledge of employment and entrepreneurship policies, lack of diversified publicity methods and insufficient implementation of some policies. In order to promote the publicity of university students' employment and entrepreneurship policy better and more effectively, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Firstly, the publicity frequency of the employment and entrepreneurship module in the school's official website is increased; secondly, the school's LED large screen and other hardware facilities are reasonably used; thirdly, the relevant policies in the school's bulletin board are updated in time; fourthly, the university students' organizations are reasonably used; and the fifth is to set up the course of policy analysis of employment and entrepreneurship for university students.
