Abstract: With the continuous progress and rapid development of society, the demand for talents is also gradually improving. As an indispensable application-oriented talent for social development, the students of Higher Vocational Colleges in China are also facing severe employment forms and job hunting pressure. How to effectively improve the market competitiveness and employment rate of Higher Vocational College Students, and how to realize the same personal value The realization of social value has become one of the focuses of higher vocational education. The application of scientific career planning guidance method, can help students to understand their future life planning and career development, and can promote the overall employment rate of vocational college students gradually improve under the condition of students' preliminary preparation.
