Research on the Construction of "Double-Qualified" Teachers Team under the Cooperation of School and Enterprise——Taking Tourism Management as an Example

Abstract: The talent training mode of combining production with learning has become an important way to promote the high-quality development of education and cultivate practical engineering personnel. The dual-qualification teachers in universities are the guarantee for the cultivation of applied talents. Analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the team of dual-qualification teachers in the tourism management major, and proposes to strengthen the construction of the humanistic quality of the dual-qualification teachers in the tourism management major, stimulate teachers' teaching interest, strengthen the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, and build a shared training base, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the practical engineering personnel in the tourism management major.
