Private colleges and universities are important educationd institutions for training applied and skilled talents, and an important way to transport innovative and entrepreneurial talents for cross-border e-commerce. Based on private colleges cross-border incubation base construction of electricity creative and pioneering talents as the research object, explore the private colleges incubators for cross-border business subject construction, talent cultivation, the significance of cooperation between colleges, etc, the analysis of private colleges cross-border construction status of electrical business incubators, cross-border electricity business incubators construction measures are proposed, so as to promote cross-border electricity businessmen to the cultivation of the non-governmental university, meet the talent needs of the market.
