Isomorphism of Knowledge and Action as Well as Three Principles to Educate People: Teaching Innovation Practice of Purchasing Management

Abstract: The traditional teaching of purchasing management has the following problems: teacher-centered with little interaction between teachers and students, teaching content lags behind practice and lower order, single teaching means as well as students learning boring, single assessment method and process evaluation is ignored, ideological politics and teaching of course content exists "two skins" etc. Targeted at course pain points, by following the student-centered, value guidance, ability-oriented, and isomorphism of knowledge and action and "three principles" education concept, through the reconstruction of the course content, the deep integration of information teaching means, innovation of course teaching mode and method, the implementation of "N+1+1" assessment mode, paying attention to the innovation and practice of process assessment, constructing the implementation path of ideological and political "integration, two wings ,three links and five linkage", we implemented by the teacher-centered teaching to student-centered, strengthened the frontier of the course content, improve the high order of course, to improve the students' learning environment of space and time, increase the students' learning interest, realize the appraisal main body diversification, improve the comprehensive qualities of students, promoting value knowledge and ability to organic unity. Remarkable results have been achieved in education.
