    Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation, dependence and influence on individuals of mobile social media among vocational college students. Methods Cluster random sampling, field interview and questionnaire were used to investigate. The research tools include the questionnaire of College Students' mobile social media dependence and the interview Self-Evaluation Questionnaire of mobile social media dependence. Result Half of the total time spent on social media app and entertainment was spent on mobile phone use every day, 100% of them used wechat and QQ. Mobile social media use took up a lot of time before going to bed, after waking up, between classes and in class. The detection rate of mobile phone social media dependence was 20.9%. If they were deprived of their mobile phones or used mobile phones for a long time, a considerable part of them learned There was no significant difference in gender and grade (P>0.05). Conclusion In the information age, the use of mobile phone social media is helpful to the study and life of higher vocational students, but excessive dependence will affect their physical and mental health, normal social contact, and lead to the decline of students' learning enthusiasm. It is urgent to explore scientific and effective methods for intervention as soon as possible.

    Teaching innovation can be defined as solving the problems in the classroom teaching.     Objective To study the feasibility of lecture-based learning ( LBL) combined with Rain Classroom in the teaching of diagnostics. Methods This study included 54clinical medicine students. These students were randomly divided into LBL teaching group(n=26)and LBL combined with Rain Classroom teaching group (n=28). Tests and questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching effects. Test scores and student feedback on teaching of two groups were compared. Results The experimental group scored higher than the control group. Compared with LBL teaching , LBL combined with Rain Classroom teaching could significantly mobilize learning interest, improve the ability of autonomous learning, enhance the ability of comprehensive analysis and the ability of clinical thinking. Conclusion Compared with the single LBL teaching method,LBL combined with Rain Classroom teaching method could not only enhance teaching quality of diagnostics, but also cultivate the comprehensive quality of students.
