Abstract: In recent years, the development momentum of domestic animation industry is full of momentum, and the proportion of domestic animation industry in the national economic growth is increasing, but it is undeniable that there is still a certain distance between domestic animation industry and Japan, the status of domestic animation enterprises is relatively passive in the local competition and international competition. As the Internet began to open up online and offline scenes, many industries began to further reconstruct in the Internet, especially the cultural industry represented by animation. China Internet plus era is the main topic of this paper. The development of China's animation industry is discussed. Meanwhile, the problems in the development of animation industry are analyzed. From the aspects of whole age animation, improving the network crowd financing mechanism and improving the audience's Internet media literacy, the main countermeasures for the development of Chinese animation industry are put forward. The exhibition provides some ideas.
