Abstract: In 1912, Cai Yuanpei put forward the idea of "five educations at the same time", nowadays, China's educational circles advocate the "integration of five educations" and endow them with new era ideas and contents, especially in the aspects of College Students' career planning and career guidance curriculum education, the concept of five education integration education can better guide college students to carry out career planning and promote them to become useful people in society. This paper introduces the concept of five education integration education concept and the requirements for the reform of college education, and analyzes the problems existing in the course of career planning and employment guidance for college students, and puts forward improvement measures for the reform of career planning and employment guidance course for college students by using the concept of five Education integration education.
