The Tutorial System for Undergraduates and Its Implementation in Tibetan Universities

Abstract: As an important talent training system, undergraduate tutorial system is related to the quality of education and teaching of higher education and talent training.Starting from the reality, it is a long way to explore the undergraduate tutorial system in accordance with the reality of Chinese universities.This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the undergraduate tutorial system, as well as the feasibility of its implementation in Tibetan colleges and universities. Based on this, it puts forward the tutorial system and specific implementation measures that are suitable for the characteristics of Tibetan colleges and universities, in an effort to provide practical guidance for the improvement of the quality of education and talent cultivation in Tibetan colleges and universities.
