In recent years, university students'innovation and entrepreneurship has been the focus of all parties. All kinds of university students'innovation and entrepreneurship activities have effectively driven employment and played the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship driving employment. Based on the questionnaire data of three application type undergraduate universities in Shandong Province, this paper studies the influencing factors of university students'entrepreneurial tendency from five aspects: family conditions, entrepreneurial education, psychological capital, policy environment and social culture. The results show that social culture and psychological capital, policy environment have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial tendency; Family condition and entrepreneurial education do not have a significant impact on entrepreneurial tendency. Furthermore, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects: individual, family, school and government.

Robotic technology foundation is an important professional course for the cultivation of mechatronics ability in the training program of mechanical and electronic engineering specialty and robot engineering specialty, which can organically link robot mathematical knowledge and engineering practice, and have the characteristics of both theory and practice. However, after the actual teaching activities of this course, found that the existing teaching methods and contents can't follow the forefront of the development of robotics, and the teaching methods and contents need to be further improved. This paper discusses the problems existing in the practical teaching of robot technology foundation in detail, and explores and practices the improvement measures for this course. In order to solve the problem in teaching process of obsolete course design topics, lack of engineering experience of teachers and low learning interest of students, a teaching mode of course design of pharmaceutical engineering workshop based on pharmaceutical design academic competition is designed and implemented, which is based on the latest personnel training programs and teaching syllabus. The teaching model organically integrates the national college students'pharmaceutical engineering design academic competition with the course design process, and innovates in 3 aspects: assignment of the topic of course design, improvement of engineering ability of teachers, accomplishment of course design by students. This paper demonstrates the bupleurum oral liquid workshop design with an annual output of 50 million as an example. Under the new teaching mode, the engineering practice ability of teachers and students is improved significantly, and the teaching effect is good, which provides an effective way for the training of pharmaceutical applied engineering talents.

Taking the actual enrollment data of the“double first class” construction university X as the research object, a student source quality evaluation model was established based on factor analysis method through multiple indicator screening and standardization processing, with score factor, difference factor, ranking factor, and voluntary factor as the main influencing factors. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important talent cultivation method in current vocational education in China, and it is also a key area for the development and educational reform of vocational colleges. As a new project incubation model,“pre incubator”provides support for product systems and related technologies for students, effectively reducing the entrepreneurial cost pressure and market risks of college student entrepreneurs. This article introduces a“pre incubator”into the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of vocational colleges, and constructs a practical system of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the“pre incubator”and using the“political industry education research competition”as a form. Through the“point + line + surface + body”technology service mode, it provides practical solutions for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
