Research on the Strategy of Building English Teachers' Learning Community in Vocational Colleges Based on Famous Teacher Studio

Abstract: With the rapid development of vocational education, English teachers in vocational colleges are facing various challenges in the new situation. English teachers need to improve their political qualities and teaching abilities to meet the new development requirements. Building a teacher learning community is an important way to improve teachers'quality and professional development. As a new carrier of teacher learning community, famous teacher studio is a booster for teacher growth. Based on the construction of famous teacher studio, this paper explores the effective strategies of building English teachers'learning community in vocational colleges, aiming at promoting the professional development of English teachers and strengthening the construction of English teachers in vocational colleges.
