Cooperation, Intercommunication and Joint Education: The Reform and Practice of the School Enterprise Collaborative Education Model of Hubei Enshi College

Abstract: In the period of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan", Hubei Enshi University adheres to the development goal of "building a high-level application-oriented university that is‘ well-known in the province, influential in China, and distinctive in characteristics’, and highlights the training characteristics of new application-oriented talents with "application expertise, professional characteristics, and national characteristics" . It has successively established the Kunpeng Center of Huawei Cloud College, Kingdee Digital Intelligence Finance and Taxation College, China Software International Big Data College, Dawa Future Digital College Six industrial colleges, including Selenium Tea College and Zhonggong Industrial College, have jointly built four medical talent oriented training bases with relevant enterprises, and built a set of in-depth cooperation education model between schools and enterprises. This paper focuses on a series of practices and reforms of school enterprise collaborative education in Hubei Enshi University, and tries to summarize a set of collaborative education models that are suitable for the development of industrial colleges in modern universities.
